When you cancel a course that you have purchased on our page, you can request a refund and we will only process it as a voucher or credit that you can use in another course later and at any time. We do not refund direct or cash.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us and send us an email to:info@garmelco.com, or call us at (809) 423-6175.

We will take 1 to 2 business days to cancel your order. Before canceling an order, please review our refund policies detailed at the top of this page.

Once your cancellation is approved, you will be sent an email with the confirmation and cancellation number of your order.
